Instructions:

1. Preheat your heat press to 300°F (149°C).

2. Position the transfer on your item.

3. Press for 15 seconds with heavy pressure.

4. Let it cool completely, then peel off the film.

5. Place a parchment paper over design and re-press for 10 seconds.
