Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (Excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
PLEASE REMEMBER all orders are custom made.
If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at elliescraftique@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Please make sure to double check your address and email before placing an order. If an item is lost or stolen please file a claim immediately with the shipping supplier.
